มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี มีความมุ่งมั่นที่จะให้การบริหารราชการเป็นไปตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของการบริหารงาน มุ่งเน้นการปฏิบัติงานด้วยความชื่อสัตย์สุจริต โปร่งใส ตรวจสอบได้และเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อประชาชน

ดังนั้น เพื่อเป็นการเสริมสร้างวัฒนธรรมและค่านิยมสุจริตในการทำงานให้มีความโปร่งใสของทุกหน่วยงานในมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี จึงขอประกาศเจตนารมณ์ให้มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี “เป็นหน่วยงานที่เจ้าหน้าที่ทุกคน ไม่รับของขวัญ ของกำนัลทุกชนิดจากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ (No Gift Policy)” โดยให้ผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกคนไม่รับของขวัญและของกำนัลทุกชนิดในขณะ ก่อน และหลังปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ในทุกโอกาสและทุกเทศกาล ป้องกันหรือลดโอกาสในการรับสินบนและการกระทำที่อาจมีผลต่อดุลยพินิจหรือการตัดสินใจในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ที่จะนำไปสู่การเลือกปฏิบัติหรือการปฏิบัติหน้าที่อย่างไม่เป็นธรรมอันจะส่งผลให้เกิดการทุจริตและประพฤติมิชอบทั้งในปัจจุบันและอนาคตรวมทั้งให้ผู้บริหารปฏิบัติตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี ตามกฎหมายและระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องพร้อมทั้งกำกับดูแลเจ้าหน้าที่ให้ประพฤติตนอย่างถูกต้องและเคร่งครัดต่อไป

จึงประกาศให้ทราบและถือปฏิบัติอย่างเคร่งครัดต่อไป

Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi is committed to performing administrative duties adherence of the principles of good governance, focusing on operating honesty, integrity, accountability, and bringing the utmost benefits to the public. Therefore, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi declares itself to be ” an organization where all state officials do not accept gifts or rewards of any kind for the performance of their duties (No Gift Policy)”. Executives and officials mustain from accepting any gifts or rewards, whether prior to, during, or following their duties, for all occasions. This rule is aimed at eliminating or reducing the chance of receiving inappriate influence. Such restrictions are necessary to ensure unbiased decision – making and to prevent unethical practices or conduct, both currently and in the future. Furthermore, every executive is expected to exemplify adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, they are responsible for ensuring that officials under their supervision act in a manner that is both appropriate and responsible.

It is hereby announced and strictly adhered to all.
