International Collaboration and Student Exchange at the Czech Embassy

An academic delegation from the Faculty of Engineering, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, led a group of student representatives to meet His Excellency Mr. Pavel Pitel, Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Thailand, at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Bangkok. They were joined by faculty representatives from the Technical University of Liberec (TUL).

The meeting included six students from the Faculty of Engineering:

Three students from the Department of Textile Engineering who had recently returned from their undergraduate cooperative education placement at TUL. They reported on their work performance, as well as their experiences in learning, daily life, and cultural exchange in the Czech Republic.

Three students from the Department of Chemical Engineering who are scheduled to travel to TUL for their cooperative education placement in January 2569 (2026). They joined the meeting to prepare before their departure.

In addition, a doctoral student representative from the Faculty of Science and Technology, who had previously conducted research at TUL for one year, also participated.

On this occasion, His Excellency the Ambassador inquired about the progress of cooperation between the two universities in the areas of education, cooperative education, research, and cultural exchange. He also expressed the Embassy’s readiness to provide support to further strengthen and advance the cooperation in the future.
